Hi, I’m Claire. I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. I trained with the Anglo European College of Therapeutic Hypnosis and am fully insured and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

My Story

I haven’t always been a coach and hypnotherapist. My career began in law and later moved into business and management — all high-pressure roles where I experienced first-hand how stress and anxiety can affect confidence and performance.

Having faced those challenges myself, and seen friends, colleagues and friends’ children struggle with exams, demanding careers and high-level sport, I decided to retrain. My goal was to use evidence-based techniques to help people manage anxiety and unlock their potential.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck or overwhelmed — and I’ve used the very techniques I teach to make change in my own life with confidence.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me travelling the country taking my children to their sailing events. I also enjoy cycling, walking and being on the water myself.

A Practical, Evidence-Based Approach

My model combines science-based methods with a supportive, personalised approach.

  • CBT – Tools to manage anxious thoughts and behaviours

  • Visualisation or hypnotherapy– Techniques to calm the mind and body

  • Sports & Performance Psychology – Strategies to stay composed under pressure

  • Mindset Coaching – Build confidence, focus and resilience

This isn’t about fixing you — you’re not broken. It’s about uncovering your strengths and giving you the tools to perform with calm and confidence.
